Tip Top Drivers is a brand operated by RAA ASSOCIATE, a proprietorship business owned by Porkodi Vaithilingam. By registering or booking, you agree to these Terms our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Customer Registration

You must provide accurate name, mobile number and email, and keep your account secure. Customers must be 18 or older, have a valid mobile number, and give accurate pickup and vehicle details.

2. Driver Booking

You can book a driver through the app or website for one-way trips or round trips. A booking is confirmed once a confirmation is shown in the app.

3. Driver Assignment

We aim to assign a driver within a few minutes of booking, subject to availability. You will see the driver's name and details in the app once assigned. Scheduled bookings are assigned when their booking window opens. We may reassign a driver where necessary.

4. Pricing & Payment

Fares are fixed time-slot prices for the trip type and duration chosen, as listed on our pricing section, plus 18% GST. Night charges, outstation accommodation and waiting beyond the 15-minute grace period may apply. Payment is made after the trip ends, online through the Cashfree Payments gateway (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or in cash to the driver, in INR.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Bookings may be cancelled before the driver reaches the pickup location. A cancellation fee may apply, as shown in the app. Payments are for services rendered and are not refundable, except where we are at fault, such as a duplicate or failed payment or a trip we cancel. 6. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide correct pickup/drop details and be available at the pickup time
• Treat drivers respectfully and follow applicable laws
• Pay all applicable charges, including night charges, outstation accommodation and waiting beyond the 15-minute grace period. Tolls, parking and permits are paid by you directly

7. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers must hold a valid licence, follow traffic laws and conduct themselves professionally.

8. Service Limitations

Services may be affected by availability, weather, traffic, or events beyond our control. Service area: Chennai, Coimbatore and outstation trips. Outstation trips are subject to driver availability and may need advance booking.

9. Disputes

Raise concerns with us first at the contact below. Unresolved disputes are subject to the laws of India and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RAA ASSOCIATE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid by you for that booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
