Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for Tip Top Drivers bookings.
Tip Top Drivers is a brand operated by RAA ASSOCIATE, a proprietorship business owned by Porkodi Vaithilingam. This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled before the driver reaches the pickup location. A cancellation fee may apply, as shown in the app.
2. Refunds
Payments are for services rendered and are not refundable, except where we are at fault, such as:
- a duplicate payment
- a failed payment where the amount was debited
- a trip that we cancel
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Actual credit time depends on your bank or payment method.
