How RAA ASSOCIATE collects, uses and protects your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Tip Top Drivers website and mobile app. Tip Top Drivers is a brand operated by RAA ASSOCIATE, a proprietorship business owned by Porkodi Vaithilingam. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean RAA ASSOCIATE.

1. Information We Collect

  • Name, mobile number and email address
  • Location / GPS data, when you use pickup, drop and trip-tracking features
  • Booking and trip information
  • Payment information (processed by Cashfree; we do not store full card or UPI credentials)
  • Device and app information (device model, OS, app version, identifiers)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To register you, create bookings and assign drivers
  • To process payments
  • To communicate booking updates and provide customer support
  • To improve safety, service quality and the app
  • To comply with legal obligations

3. Payments

Online payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) are processed through the Cashfree Payments gateway. Payment details you enter are handled by Cashfree under its own privacy policy and security standards. We never store your card details or UPI PIN. You may also pay the driver in cash after the trip.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with drivers assigned to your trip, payment and technology service providers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting requirements:

  • Trip, booking and GPS records (anonymised): 7 years
  • Payment records: 8 years
  • Support tickets: 3 years
  • Live GPS routes from completed trips: 12 months

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent, by contacting us below.
